22. Therapists Can’t Fix What the World Keeps Breaking

(Your trauma isn’t inside you—it’s surrounding you.)

Write. Laugh. Hope.

You sat on the couch.
You told the truth.
You tried.

But healing doesn’t happen
when the harm never stops.

You can name your triggers—
but you still have to survive them.
You can unpack the trauma—
but you’re still living in the house that built it.

The world says:
“Just talk about it.”
But talk doesn’t pay rent.
Talk doesn’t change policies.
Talk doesn’t un-erase a childhood
or make the abuse un-happen.

And your therapist?
They might be brilliant.
Empathic.
Trained.
But they can’t rewrite reality.

They can’t pull you out of poverty.
They can’t stop your ex from gaslighting the court.
They can’t make the government care.

You’re not broken.
You’re being broken.
By systems that diagnose the symptoms they created.

And still, you show up.
Still, you speak.
Still, you fight for peace in a world that profits from chaos.

That’s not weakness.
That’s rebellion.

Write. Laugh. Hope.
Because what the hell else is there?

The Swear Jar

If this Wolf pissed you off in a productive way—good. That’s kind of the point. Tip if you want to support someone calling out predators dressed as protectors. This system’s been chewing people up for decades. Help me drag it into the light, one toothy truth at a time. No guilt. No pressure. Just justice, satire, and a virtual swear jar. Click if you’re tired of playing nice with wolves.

Got your own story of fighting the system? Unleash it here.
This isn’t a comment box—it’s a megaphone. Blow the lid off.
